1. Introduction
Welcome to EarnWithAds.online ("EarnWithAds," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and platform. By accessing or using EarnWithAds, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
EarnWithAds is a VIP ad-watching platform based in Ghana. We connect users with verified advertisers who pay for ad views. Users earn rewards by watching ads and referring others.
2. Eligibility
To use EarnWithAds, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Ghana with a valid Mobile Money account or bank account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. Only one account is allowed per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify your identity and request additional documentation at any time.
3. Account Registration
To create an account, you must provide your full name, valid mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Free Trial
EarnWithAds offers a free 3-day trial for new users. During the trial, you may watch 5 ads daily at ₵0.80 per ad, earning a total of ₵12.00 over the three-day period. Withdrawal is not available during the trial because the minimum withdrawal amount is not reached. After the trial period, you must purchase a VIP plan to continue earning. The free trial is limited to one per user and per household.
5. VIP Plans
EarnWithAds offers four VIP plans. The Trailblazer plan costs ₵100 and lasts 7 days, giving you 25 ads daily with total earnings of ₵140. The Accelerator plan costs ₵250 and lasts 14 days, giving you 40 ads daily with total earnings of ₵448. The Dominator plan costs ₵500 and lasts 21 days, giving you 55 ads daily with total earnings of ₵924. The Tycoon plan costs ₵1,000 and lasts 28 days, giving you 90 ads daily with total earnings of ₵2,016.
Plan prices are non-refundable. Earnings are calculated based on successful ad views. Plans expire after the specified duration. You may upgrade to higher plans at any time. Unused ad views do not roll over to the next day or plan.
6. Earning Methods
You can earn through ad views and the referral program.
For ad views, each verified ad pays ₵0.80. Ads must be watched fully with the captcha completed. Automated clicking or bot usage is strictly prohibited. Earnings are credited instantly after each successful ad view.
For the referral program, you earn commissions when the people you refer watch ads and purchase plans. Details are outlined in Section 8 below.
7. Withdrawals
You may withdraw your earnings to Mobile Money including MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, and AirtelTigo Money, or to bank transfer.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₵40 for free users and ₵20 for VIP Tycoon users. A withdrawal charge of 5 percent applies to all withdrawals across all plans.
Withdrawal processing time is 48 hours for free users, 36 hours for Trailblazer, 24 hours for Accelerator, 12 hours for Dominator, and instant for Tycoon.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Once approved, withdrawals are final. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Incorrect information may result in delays or loss of funds. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals for security reviews for up to 7 days.
8. Referral Program
Every user receives a unique referral link to share with friends and family.
The referral program has five levels. You earn 5 percent of your direct referral's ad earnings. You earn 4 percent of your level 2 referral's ad earnings. You earn 3 percent of your level 3 referral's ad earnings. You earn 2 percent of your level 4 referral's ad earnings. You earn 1 percent of your level 5 referral's ad earnings.
You also earn commission when your referrals purchase VIP plans. The same percentage structure applies to plan purchases.
Referral commissions are calculated automatically and added to your balance daily. Sharing referral links on spam platforms or using misleading promotion is not allowed. Fraudulent referrals, such as creating fake accounts, will result in commission reversal and possible account suspension.
9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Creating multiple accounts will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all earnings. Using bots or auto-clickers will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all earnings. Sharing accounts will lead to suspension until verification is completed. Fraudulent activity of any kind will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all earnings. Spamming referral links will result in a warning or ban. Manipulating ad views or providing false information will lead to account suspension. Using VPN to bypass restrictions will result in a permanent ban.
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any user suspected of violating these Terms.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, if you violate these Terms, or if we need to verify your identity. We may terminate your account for multiple or severe violations, fraud or attempted fraud, creating multiple accounts, or using bots or automated software.
Users who violate these Terms will forfeit all earnings. No refunds will be issued for plan purchases.
11. Fees and Charges
A withdrawal charge of 5 percent applies to all withdrawals across all plans. There are no other fees at this time. We reserve the right to introduce fees with 14 days notice.
12. Platform Availability
We strive to keep EarnWithAds available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or external factors may cause temporary downtime.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using EarnWithAds, you consent to such collection and use.
Data we collect includes your name, mobile number, email, IP address, device information, transaction history, and referral connections. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnWithAds shall not be liable for loss of earnings due to account suspension, technical issues affecting ad availability, delays in withdrawals, third-party payment processor issues, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to EarnWithAds.
15. Disclaimers
Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on ad availability. Past earnings do not guarantee future results. We do not provide financial or investment advice. EarnWithAds is not a get-rich-quick scheme. All earnings are subject to taxes in accordance with Ghanaian law.
16. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of EarnWithAds constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.

19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EarnWithAds and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
